Panel assembly
Exterior and interior panels are secured to the body frame using polyurethanes or adhesive tapes.

Chassis
- 100 x 50 x 2.5 RHS chassis main rails
- 75 x 75 x 5 RHS main cross member to carry the suspension system
- Industry best practice techniques are used for welding of chassis and reinforcing plates
- All welds are longitudinal, radial or diagonal to minimize stress risers
- Major stress points are all reinforced with 5mm, fully welded plates
- Hot dip galvanized main chassis and body frame (not pre-galvanized with painted welds)
- Flex-mounted accommodation module (similar to 4 x 4 body mounts)
- Extendable drawbar enhances towing, reversing, and weight distribution characteristics
- Retracted drawbar affords manoeuvrability in tight off road conditions and easier storage
- Electric drum brakes for controlled braking, in any conditions
- Efficient, high quality parking brake
- 15 or 16 inch steel wheels with your choice of stud pattern
- Practical wheel track width, which suits tight bush and beach track conditions
